The following policy is only applicable to online purchases through www.EmblemHQ.com.

Cancellations – 

Cancellation or order changes to any order in process are  subject to a $100 fee and any costs accrued to date. No changes or cancellations can be made on rush orders.

All Returns Require Prior Authorization No returns will be accepted without an RAN # –

Please call 1-833-4-EMBLEM for an Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.

Due to the custom nature of our product offering most orders are non-refundable. Exceptions are made only in the event of manufacturing error. In such case a RAN can be issued if we are not able to quickly resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Costs  are YOUR obligation in order to return product to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, EmblemHQ will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

Processing Time Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.

EmblemHQ reserves the right to deny any return.
